PCR delivered specialist concrete remediation and protective coating works at Tyler Street, Auckland, for JFC in collaboration with Jasmax. The project included localised concrete repairs, aesthetic colour correction, and installation of an anti-graffiti coating to restore visual consistency and improve long-term durability. The result was a clean, cohesive finish suited to the demands of a prominent inner-city environment.

PCR delivered specialist heritage façade remediation and internal concrete restoration for the Lorne Street Student Accommodation project in Auckland. Working alongside ICON, Ashton Mitchell and DPA Architects, our scope included heritage brick repairs and replacement, repointing, concrete repairs, colour matching, corrosion treatment, cathodic protection, seismic strengthening works, and clear protective coatings. The result was a durable and visually cohesive restoration that balanced heritage preservation with the structural and performance demands of a modern redevelopment.

PCR delivered a full refurbishment of critical water channel and tanks, combining negative waterproofing, polyurethane injection, and cathodic protection to restore structural integrity and extend service life for one of Auckland’s key water assets.

PCR supported New Zealand’s largest transport infrastructure project with concrete repairs, Ecotone architectural coatings, and anti-graffiti protective systems. Our work delivered durable, maintainable, and aesthetically consistent finishes across multiple high-profile CRL sites.

PCR restored and refined exposed concrete elements for this luxury coastal residence. Works included concrete repairs, sandblasting, Ecotone coatings, and Ecoclean sealer installation, achieving a seamless sandstone-inspired finish designed to perform in the harsh beachfront environment.

PCR carried out specialist concrete restoration and colour matching to replicate a timber woodgrain finish for this Fearon Hay–designed residence. A protective sealer coating was applied to ensure long-term durability in the coastal environment.
