PCR was engaged to carry out highly detailed remedial works to the exposed concrete surfaces of a luxury residence at Tara Iti. The architectural intent required the preservation of a timber woodgrain effect, meaning repairs had to be seamlessly integrated into the existing finish without compromising appearance or durability.

• Concrete Restoration – Isolated repairs reinstated with careful attention to texture and form, replicating the original timber grain pattern.
• Colour Matching – Hand-applied tinting and finishing techniques to blend repairs into surrounding concrete, ensuring visual continuity.
• Protective Sealer Coating – Application of a high-performance sealer to safeguard the repaired surfaces against moisture, staining, and environmental exposure.
