PCR was engaged to restore and enhance the precast concrete elements of a luxury beachfront residence at Tara Iti. The architectural brief called for a woodgrain concrete finish, requiring precise restoration, cleaning, and protective treatments to maintain both aesthetic and performance standards in a harsh coastal environment.
