PCR was engaged to restore and protect exposed concrete elements at Tyler Street as part of a high-profile urban project in central Auckland. The brief required specialist concrete repairs, visual correction of repaired areas, and the installation of a protective anti-graffiti coating system to improve both presentation and long-term durability in a high-exposure public environment.
Concrete Repairs – Localised removal and reinstatement of defective concrete to restore substrate integrity and achieve a sound finish.
Colour Correction – Careful colour matching and aesthetic refinement to blend repaired sections with the surrounding concrete and improve overall visual consistency.
Anti-Graffiti Coating – Installation of a clear protective coating system designed to help resist graffiti adhesion and allow easier future cleaning and maintenance.
