Concrete Injection Systems

Sealing, Stabilising, and Waterproofing from Within.

We inject a wide range of resins and repair compounds into concrete structures to stop water ingress, restore strength, and stabilise critical elements — from fine cracks to large-scale leaks.

Injection is a specialised process where materials are pumped into cracks, joints, voids, or behind structures to repair, seal, or strengthen concrete and masnonry without demolition. At PCR, we select and apply the correct injection method based on the structure’s condition, water pressure, crack behaviour, and long-term needs.

✅ Our Injection Capabilities Include:

1. Epoxy Injection

For structural cracks in beams, slabs, and columns

  • Rigid bonding
  • High strength
  • Used in seismic and load-critical repairs
2. Polyurethane Injection

For active water leaks and moving cracks

  • Expands to seal
  • Flexible
  • Ideal for basements, retaining walls, and lift pits
  • Systems: Köster 2IN1 (both PU + re-injectable), Sika Injection-201
3. Acrylic Gel Curtain Injection

For inaccessible areas (e.g. lift shafts, external walls)

  • Low-viscosity resin gels in surrounding soil
  • Forms curtain membrane behind concrete
  • Ideal where external waterproofing isn't possible
4. Joint Injection

For construction/cold joints that are leaking or at risk

  • Stops lateral water movement

🛠 Our Process:

  • Leak tracing and structural assessment
  • Drilling and port installation
  • Injection via manual or controlled pump system
  • Finishing and sealing of injection points
  • Optional overcoating or surface waterproofing integration

📌 Why Choose PCR?

  • Multi-system injection capability with Köster, Sika, Fosroc, Ardex and Mapei
  • Experience across civil infrastructure, high-end residential, and remediation
  • ISO-certified process and detailed reporting
  • Integrated repair + injection + waterproofing approach
  • Experts in high-risk, water-intrusion-critical projects
